class descriptions

align and flow - Through this flow, build strength and control while gaining a deep understanding of alignment in postures.
 
Ashtanga Vinyasa - This hybrid class combines various postures from the Ashtanga Primary Series. Deepen your practice with this moderately-paced, energizing flow.
 
vinyasa 1 This is a great class for those who want a slower-paced flow. Focus is placed on alignment and breath, allowing for a better understanding of each posture. This is a wonderful flow option no matter where you are in your yoga journey.
 
vinyasa 2 - With a faster pace and more deviations from the V1 series, this is an invigorating class. Expect to wake up your entire body and tone your muscles while finding your individual rhythm. Prior vinyasa experience recommended.
 
yoga fit - Expect to discover your courage, energy and strength. This strengthening class incorporates weights into a Vinyasa 1 series. Prior vinyasa experience recommended.
